This morning I’m drinking some rooibos tea. Science* suggests that rooibos tea is effective in subduing inflammation, so I’m hoping that giving it some good (gentle) mouth swishes and drinking a couple (delicious) cup-fulls will help me get over this faster. I’ve got some good stuff to do this weekend :) My rooibos of choice?
